The limited liability company TEA INVESTIMENTI SRL is in the process of realizing in Tertenia, a new tourist complex, “Perdelioni”, situated only a short distance from the “Foxi and Mordegu” beach, the first of the enchanting Ogliastra beaches.

The first plot, made up of 41 apartments of different measurements, has been finished, while a second plot is under construction.
